ABOUT
Maison Calme offers a more intentional and restorative approach to modern life — centred around emotional wellbeing, nervous system care, and reconnection.
LA PHILOSOPHIE
A more intentional way of living.
Maison Calme was created from the belief that ambition and wellbeing are not opposing forces.
That life does not need to be lived in constant urgency, pressure, overstimulation, or disconnection from oneself.
By cultivating practices that support calm, groundedness, and nervous system wellbeing, it becomes possible to move through life with greater intention, self-trust, and clarity.
To make decisions that feel aligned.
To remain connected to oneself within uncertainty.
And to return, again and again, to one’s own inner truth.
A space to slow down, reconnect more deeply with oneself, and return to what truly matters.
L’APPROCHE
An integrative approach.
The approach is thoughtful, restorative, and tailored to the individual.
Combining psychological insight, somatic practices, self-care and inner wellness practices and nervous system support, each experience is designed to create greater emotional steadiness, self-awareness, and reconnection within everyday life.
Rather than encouraging constant striving or overstimulation, the work centres around softness, restoration, and more intentional ways of caring for oneself.
The focus is not on doing more.
But on moving through life differently.
LA FONDATRICE
Sarah Bounouira MSc
Sarah’s work centres around emotional wellbeing, nervous system care, and more intentional ways of living.
Through her own experience navigating motherhood, ambition, pressure, and periods of deep disconnection from herself, she became increasingly drawn to the relationship between inner wellbeing and the way we move through modern life.
After years of moving through life in a constant state of survival, periods of deep disconnection from herself, and ongoing health challenges, she began exploring a quieter and more restorative approach to living — one rooted in nervous system wellbeing, self-regulation, reconnection, and intentional self-care.
With a background in performance psychology and integrative wellbeing practices, her approach combines psychological insight, somatic practices, nervous system support, and restorative experiences designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves more sustainably and move through life with greater calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Through Maison Calme, she creates restorative experiences centred around emotional wellbeing, reconnection, and intentional living.
